A Scientific Symposium in the Department of English Language
On Tuesday, 24th, October, 2017, the Department of English Language organized a seminar on the techniques and strategies of how to teach listening skills. The seminar was entitled " Hints to Train Student-Teacher How to Teach and Assess Listening Skills" presented by Dr. Ali Sabah Jameel. Brain-storming was among the principle techniques of listening that the seminar dealt with. Many members of the faculty staff and some of the students from the department attended the seminar. The seminar was one of many others planned by the Department.
